Welcome back to another fun year of CAMP There U Glow. This year is already shaping up to be an even funner more beautiful experience than last year with cool classes, installations, and LOTS of things to do (or not do lol) within the roster of events at SOAK PDX—Oregon’s regional Burning Man.
This collaboration came together via Claire (founder of There U Glow/circus and techie person) and Zelos (Tauraro’s Founder) met years ago through the Pacific Northwest circus and acro scenes. Both discovered a passion for creative tech and getting more Black, Two Spirit, trans, queer and femmes into technology, STEM and art.
There U Glow is about neurodivergent folks, people with disabilities and other underserved and underestimated people getting to connect, learning what we’re capable of and having a tailored camp the suits our needs in the heart of a large festival environment.

Festival environments aren’t for everyone. They can be loud, overstimulating and involve lots of travel time both to the event and during. We work very hard through our group collaborations in Camp There U Glow to create an experience that meets most everyones needs and is a calming, inspiring center in the midst of festival life.Our goal is to give you an experience that you typically won’t have inside general tech events.
